The branding concept I created can be summed up as high contrast and industrial inspired design. The store was set up with stark white walls, black shelves and dark wood floors. The owner preferred to keep in store shots as a prominent feature in the social media marketing, so it only made sense to choose a concept that would easily incorporate the store aesthetic, while being able to include the brand identity in lifestyle shots. Since the company was just getting the social media game going, I covered the research and pitches for new growth tactics including, email marketing templates, Facebook contests, timing for posts, hashtag usage, templates for weekly Instagram layouts, latest photography styles and more. Lots of the work I did involved product photography in-situ. It was important to showcase the clothing as it views in person, including style, fit and details while also keeping the photography interesting.
